Field Membership Details Lifetime Field Membership - $ 4.00 ( Basically, the Cost of the Card )    Field Membership is required to play at our field. The first time a person plays at our field, they are issued a Membership Card with their own personal Membership Number. This membership is a Lifetime Membership. This card must be presented each time a player returns to participate in games. To get a Membership, each new player must fill out a Field Liability Form.
