Employment - Job - Help Wanted - Referees Position: Referees Pay: $6.50 - $7.50 per Hour ( This is Take Home Pay ) Note: Per State Of Texas Regulations, Referee Pay is Exempt from Minimum Wage Requirements. Minimum Age : 16 Years Old Work Days : Every Saturday & Sunday Work Hours : 18 Hours per Weekend (+Cleanup as needed) Times : Saturday: 9:30am - 8pm & Sunday: 10:30am - 6pm Pay Rate : Start $6.50 - Increases will depend on abilities. No Experience is needed. We will Train You. Note: If you are interested in working for us, you must like the Outdoors, and be in Good Physical Condition. We are open ALL YEAR in ANY WEATHER. I don't want to waste my time or the other referees time training someone who is not serious or is looking for a 'Summer Job'. Referee Duties: As a Referee, the basic duties include organizing the teams, escorting the players into the field, starting/stopping games, enforcing all field rules, helping any players that need assistance in the field. Chronographing (checking the speed) of all guns that are brought out by players. Helping customers in our store which includes cleaning equipment. Referees can average walking/running between 3 to 5+ Miles a day while running games in the fields (must be in GOOD Physical Condition!). Other Duties: As an employee, other duties include helping to stock, cleaning all equipment including guns and goggles, cleaning the picnic area or any other area that needs cleaning, sweeping, and mopping. Any construction that is needed, including mowing, trimming, chopping down trees, field cleanup (removing any trash or fallen tree limbs from trails), building / installing any new structures (barricades, poles, netting, wiring), stream/ditch clearing (trimming, digging, moving dirt, ground leveling).
